Generate with FET
Build the school timetable in FET (free software) and export it as CSV. No new tool to learn.
Import in School (FET) mode
Open Timetable Plus, choose School (FET) and pick the file. Teachers, classes and rooms appear in seconds. Set your bell times in Settings → Manage Sessions.
Print two timetables per A4 page
Tap the Print button at the top of the Classes or Teachers tab. Every timetable carries its own access code and a QR code to the app, with a ✂ cut line between the two.
Hang it, hand it out, done
Pin class timetables in the classrooms or the noticeboard and hand teachers theirs. Anyone installs the app, taps «Enter code» and gets the same timetable with reminders. Teachers also see their classes and vacant rooms.

Frequently asked questions
Is Timetable Plus free?
Yes. The app is free on Google Play for students, teachers, parents and school administrations, including School (FET) mode, access codes and printing.
What is FET, and do we need it?
FET is a free, open-source program that many schools already use to generate their timetables. Timetable Plus reads the CSV it exports. If your timetable is made another way, you can still add it in the app by hand or scan the paper sheet with the AI scanner.
How do students get their class timetable?
The administration prints the class timetables from the app. Each one shows a class code. A student (or a parent) installs Timetable Plus, taps «Enter code», types it, and the whole week appears with reminders before each lesson.
What do teachers get with their code?
Their own teaching timetable, the timetables of every class they teach, and the rooms that are free at each period, which helps with make-up and support lessons.
Can we print the timetables for the noticeboard?
Yes. In School (FET) mode, the Classes and Teachers tabs have a Print button at the top. It builds an A4 PDF with two timetables per page and a dashed cut line, ready to print, share on WhatsApp or save.
Our bell times are different. Can we change them?
Yes. In School (FET) mode, open Settings → Manage Sessions and set the start and end of each period. The times travel with the school timetable, so they also appear on printed sheets and on teachers' and students' phones.
Does it work on iPhone or a computer?
The app is for Android. On iPhone or a computer, open the web portal on this site and type the same code to view the timetable in the browser.
Does it need the internet?
Only to download the timetable the first time. After that it works fully offline. When printing, the admin needs a connection so the new codes are activated online.
